COMPETITION TRAINING

- Our Performance Fitness programs are specially designed to help individuals prepare their bodies to perform at peak levels for a myriad of physical competitions such as Combat Sports (Muay Thai, Kickboxing, Boxing, BJJ, MMA, etc.), Spartan Races, Triathlons, Marathons, Tough Mudders, Fitness Modeling and the list goes on.

Dutch Kickboxing

- Dutch Style relies more heavily on western boxing techniques blended with kicks and deceptive striking angles created by varying footwork. This style utilizes very little clinch and elbow technique.

wESTERN BOXING

- At GMT we adapt and apply "The Sweet Science" of Boxing for efficient and effective use in Muay Thai and Kickboxing, as well as for traditional boxing competition and self-defense scenarios.

INFIGHTING

- Infighting is described as striking an opponent when you are inside of punching distances. Goblin style infighting teaches the proper execution of  elbows, knees, and sweeps from both the standpoint of sport combat and self-defense situations. 

Muay THAI

- “The Art Of 8 Limbs” otherwise known as Thai Boxing, can be characterized by powerful kicks, punches, knees, clinch work, sweeps, elbows, and a relatively minimalist approach to footwork resulting in a generally straight on attack.

Our highly trained & qualified staff has a combined 20+ years in combat sport, self-defense, & SPORTS PERFORMANCE FITNESS. wE OFFER CLASSES AND PRIVATE LESSONS IN Muay Thai, Boxing, Dutch Kickboxing, & performance fitness. So come get a great workout in and burn lots of calories while learning a valuable skill.
